Deep learning from web-browser

Deep-learning is one of hot topics in myself.
There are some libraries in python e.g. Theano, Pylearn2, Nolearn.
Today I used h2o.
It is easy to install in machine.
Just download h2o from oxidata’site.
Then extract zip file and run it.

cd #change working directory to the downloaded file
java -jar h2o.jar #run the basic java command to start h2o

Now local server will start. Access localhost:54321.

From web blowser it is easy to upload data, build model, use model for predict.
h2o can also use from R, python, etc.

I used iris data as sample and build deep-learning model.
Test result is …

It’s work well.
h2o is easy to build model, but I think I need deep learning about “deep-learning” ;-).
So I’ll try to build model for QSAR.
